Prior to founding The Development Department, I held various leadership positions with market leading organizations in Product Development and Global Business Development and have successfully operated a commercial consulting practice for over 20 years. I have an MBA from Western Michigan University but consider living life serving others to be an excellent on-going source of learning. I am experienced in working in a multicultural environment and am driven by an insatiable desire to help others achieve their potential, with a keen eye for vulnerable populations.
